As the lead instructor and technical writer for our firm, Elicia develops and customizes our Dragon and Microsoft training courses, writes the web content for our subscription based support and provides the onsite sessions for our customers. She designs our statewide "Dragon in Business" workshops and coordinates our conferences. She also hosts our Dragon Pro Users group on Facebook where CHESS customers can contribute their "Dragon" stories.
In addition, she is an adjunct instructor for Eastland-Fairfield Technical Schools Adult Workforce Division teaching Computer Fundamentals, Internet Job Searching, Online Resume Writing/posting, Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Office 2007 evening classes and Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Outlook and Excel beginning, intermediate and advanced 1-day classes.

David provides hardware and networking support for CHESS customers in addition to maintaining the CHESS website, workstations and servers. He travels extensively so CHESS customers without full-time IT support can depend David to keep their computers working well. David also provides onsite training support for Dragon software, but has focused more time on supporting EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software tools to assist physicians through the scheduling, billing/coding, practice management, patient note processes.
David is an adjunct instructor for Eastland-Fairfield Technical Schools Adult Workforce Division teaching the A+ certification course for hardware support technicians along with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Outlook and Excel beginning, intermediate and advanced 1-day classes.
When not fixing or updating computers, David is a major hockey enthusiast following his favorite hockey player--Erik Flom--as a defenseman on the Ice Prowler Hockey team for his fourth year. David watches every Columbus Blue Jackets game, any televised UND Fighting Sioux hockey game and when playing respectably, he enjoys following his favorite football team--the Minnesota Vikings!
