CHESS offers onsite consultation and instruction as well as offsite phone and email support for our solutions. For qualified organizations, CHESS offers academic pricing. Standard/Academic Onsite Instruction and Consultation: Onsite instruction is based on an hourly rate and is generally 2-3 hours in length to fit into a typical workday since integration skills are applied to your "REAL" work! "Lab style," "Train the Trainer" and other customized instruction options exist to suit larger organizations. For our current rates, click HERE.
Phone and Email Offsite Support: Phone and email support may be purchased "per incident," or more economically in 3, 6 or 12 month plans. Support plans are discounted when purchased with onsite services or software. CHESS offers offsite phone and email support based on the total number of profiles/licenses purchased by an organization. Every effort is made to provide "same day" service for phone and email messages from Monday-Friday during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weekend support is available for customers who contract for weekend services as part of their support plan. Demonstrations, Onsite and Offsite Consultations: For customers serious about improving their office productivity, CHESS provides brief demonstrations statewide at no cost or obligation. CHESS instructors will coordinate a courtesy "demo" in your office so you can try the software, review current hardware and determine the services that will help you achieve success.
For customers who would like more time with our instructors to get a thorough understanding of how the solutions can be integrated, CHESS provides onsite consultations. In an onsite consultation, CHESS provides:
An initial training session so customers have the opportunity to get familiar with the "CHESS instruction methods" while determining the right combination of tools prior to purchase.
A report with a review of systems (software/hardware), cost/benefit analysis (ROI) and recommendations for software, hardware, instruction and support.
For customers familiar with their software options, but would like written recommendations for hardware, CHESS provides offsite consultations. An offsite hardware consultation includes:
RFP from multiple hardware vendors.
Review/comparison summary of hardware options.
Recommendations for the hardware that represents the best value.
